Welcome!

How to get there

The best (and safest) way to reach the downtown hotels and the NCAC/SRC hotels from the Okecie airport in Warsaw is to take a taxi which is not very expensive. At the airport please take a taxi from those waiting outside the arrival hall (they must have a name of the taxi company and a phone number). We recommend SUPER TAXI which can be found at the TAXI stop next to the exit from the ARRIVAL TERMINAL A, or contact the people at the SUPER TAXI Stand at the ARRIVAL TERMINAL A. They accept VISA and most other credit cards. DO NOT ACCEPT any cars offered by people inside the arrival hall. Taxi will take 20-30 min and should cost about 30-50 PLN (1 Euro is about 4.2 PLN).

Taxi is also the best choice for those arriving to 'Warszawa Centralna' railway station.

Additional information on how to get to NCAC can be found here.

There is also a very useful website for planning a journey by buses and trams within Warsaw - click here.

Some of the participants will be accommodated at the guest houses of the Nicolaus Copernicus Astronomical Center (NCAC) and the Space Research Center (SRC) at Bartycka 18 and 18a, respectively. See the map below.
